The Terraces at Ocean Beach offers superior accommodation only 150m from the beach. We have 22 apartments of 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms that can be rented as 1, 2, or 3-bedroom units. They are on 3 levels (as pictured) with balconies on the middle and top floors.

The top floor has 2 bedrooms with a separate bathroom.

The middle floor contains a fully self-contained high quality kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all cutlery/utensils provided. There is also a dining area and a lounge with Sky TV.

The bottom floor has a third bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It also has its own laundry and a single lock-up garage.

The apartments are serviced weekly. We offer corporate, holiday and long-term accommodation.

We also have a community area with BBQ facilities available for your enjoyment, under a large pohutukawa tree.
