The Terraces can offer you luxurious and affordable apartment-style accommodation, right across the road from the beach. The apartments are fully self-contained with your own balconies to enjoy the views.

We are also handy to the Bayfair Shopping Complex for all your shopping needs and Bay Wave swimming complex. It's a 700m stroll down Girven Rd. 10-minute drive to Tauranga city shopping and CBD.

For the avid fisher, sailor or scuba diver, the waters off The Bay of Plenty boast an abundance of opportunity and beauty. If your interests are more land-based, such as golf, tennis, bowls, cycling or horse-riding, the area offers a wealth of leisure activities and facilities.

We have 2 golf courses (Mt Maunganui and Omanu) within 4km of of the complex. Baypark Stadium is 1.5km away.

You can take in the sun and surf and relax on the sandy beach which is only 150m away. We have a beach access opposite the complex.
